Refund Policy

Refunds depend on what was purchased. Each section follows the rules below.

Marketplace orders

Refunds are at the seller's discretion per their stated return policy on the product page. If a buyer and seller can't resolve a dispute, OGM may mediate; if a refund is owed and the seller refuses, OGM may refund the buyer and offset the seller's next payout. Disputes must be opened within 30 days of delivery.

Booking reservations

Refunds follow the cancellation policy each host sets on their listing:

Guest service fee (13%) and host commission (3%) are non-refundable on guest cancellations. If the host cancels, the guest receives a 100% refund regardless of policy.

Subscription plans (Real Estate, Services)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. We don't pro-rate partial months β€” your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and won't renew. No refunds for partial months.

Per-post Job listings

Paid job tiers (Featured $99, Top of Search $199) are refundable only if cancelled within 24 hours of posting AND no applications have been received. After that point or after applications arrive, the posting is considered "delivered" and non-refundable.

Per-lead Services charges

Per-lead charges are refundable only if the lead is demonstrably spam or invalid (bad contact info, etc.). Submit a request from the lead's row in your dashboard within 7 days of the charge.

Classifieds Boost / Feature

One-off promotional purchases ($5 Boost, $15 Feature) are non-refundable once the promotion period begins.

Ad campaigns

Inventory campaigns (flat slot reservations) are refundable on a pro-rated basis if cancelled before the campaign window starts. Once impressions start delivering, the campaign is considered active and non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Most refunds are automatic (booking cancellations within policy windows refund instantly via Stripe). For everything else, contact support from your dashboard's order/reservation/payment row. We aim to respond within a few hours during business days, often faster.
