Off Grid Market respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content on OGM infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it (URL is best)
4. Your contact info — address, phone, email
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your address/phone/email plus consent to federal court jurisdiction in your district.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
