Marketplace Store ($19.99/mo) is for sellers who want a lower fee — 5% instead of 10% — plus a storefront — unlimited Marketplace listings, a storefront, and a sales dashboard, plus free Directory + Classifieds. Pro ($69/mo) adds the other sections: Real Estate, Rentals/Bookings, Services, and Jobs. If you only sell goods, Marketplace Seller is all you need — and you can upgrade to Pro later, prorated.
It depends on the section. On Real Estate, Bookings, Services and Jobs, buyers pay you direct and Off Grid Market takes no commission at all. In the Marketplace, we take a 10% final value fee on completed sales — 5% with a Marketplace Store subscription — and nothing else. Payouts go straight to your bank.
This applies to both Marketplace Seller and Pro. When a buyer pays, OGM holds the funds securely. Your payout is released after the buyer confirms delivery, followed by a short buyer-protection window — the same approach Amazon and eBay use so both sides are protected. As you build a track record of positive ratings, your holds get shorter and your funds release faster.
Because payouts are held until delivery is confirmed, buyers are covered if an order never arrives or shows up damaged. You add tracking when you ship, the buyer confirms delivery, then the funds release to you. If something goes wrong, the order can be reviewed before any payout is released.
