What does $29/mo actually include?
Posting listings in any/all of the 6 sections (Real Estate, Marketplace, Bookings, Services, Jobs, Classifieds). Unlimited listings. No additional fees on anything that happens through your listings — sales, bookings, leads. You keep 100% of every transaction.
How does Marketplace checkout work if you don't take a cut?
Sellers connect a Stripe account (free, 5 min). Buyers pay directly into the seller's Stripe balance. OGM is just the storefront — we don't see or touch the money.
What if I only want to post one listing?
$29/month is the only tier. Cancel after the first month if you don't want to keep posting. Your listings stay live until your billing period ends, then they go hidden (not deleted — you can re-list anytime by resubscribing).
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no contract, no cancellation fee. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you return to free-browse mode and your listings are hidden until you resubscribe.
What are Boosts?
Optional paid promotion to push a single listing to the top of its section for a set period (24h–30d). Boosts are NOT required — Pro membership gives you all the regular placements. Boost is for when you really want to maximize visibility on a specific listing.
