Is signup free?

Yes. Browsing, signing up, and creating an account is always free. You can search, save, message sellers, comment, join groups, and complete transactions as a buyer without paying anything.

How much does OGM cost?

Sellers pay $29/month for an Off-Grid Pro Seller membership — unlimited listings across all six sections (Real Estate, Marketplace, Bookings, Services, Jobs, Classifieds). No commissions, no final value fees, no per-listing fees, no lead fees, no booking platform fees. Cancel anytime. See membership details.

How do payouts work?

Sellers, hosts, and service providers receive money directly from buyers — OGM never touches your money. Marketplace and Booking sellers connect a Stripe account (free, 5-minute setup) so buyers can pay you through the platform; funds land in your bank typically the next business day. Real Estate, Services, Jobs, and Classifieds transactions happen offline (title company, escrow, invoicing — whatever you normally use).

What happens if a buyer cancels a booking?

Refunds follow the host's cancellation policy (Flexible / Moderate / Strict) and how close to check-in the cancellation happens. See our Refund Policy for the full breakdown.

Can I post in multiple sections?

Yes. One $29/mo Pro Seller membership covers unlimited listings across all six sections. List real estate, sell products, host bookings, offer services, post jobs, and run classifieds — all from the same dashboard.

Do you ship the products?

No — OGM is a marketplace. Vendors ship their own products. We never touch inventory.

Is OGM available outside the US?

Browsing is global. Posting and payments are US-only for now. International expansion is on the roadmap.

How do I cancel my membership?

Dashboard → Billing → Cancel. Your membership stays active through the end of your billing period and won't renew. Your listings remain visible during that time, then go hidden (not deleted — you can re-list anytime by resubscribing).
